A very loud pour, lots of noisy head. Very full thick and lacy head over a redish pour. Very distinct scent. Hoppy spicey and earthy. There is something in there I recognize but I’m not quite sure what it is. Rich taste. Thick. Honey and slitly grassy bitterness that fades quick leaving a thyme like aftertaste. Not nearly as bitter as most IPA’s which to me is a good thing.

Dark golden to amber colour with a quite minimal head. Great aroma of hops, earth and those little cedarwood leaves you light your cigars with. Tastes woody-hoppy with a good bitter finish, with a smooth mouthfeel and a subdued maltiness. The carbonation is light, making it highly drinkable. I knocked my glass over when I was halfway through, argh!

Clear dark golden colour. Spicy smell. Tastes of flowery hops but has low bitterness, also tastes of honey and malt.

pours a clear pale orange-amber with a small white head, and good lacing. smell is of purfume, bitter, some sour malt. taste is of grain, bitter, and earth. overall i would not call this an IPA, more of an english pale ale. needs more hops.

Bottle 50cl.
Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (130908)
