Aromas of chalk, earth, apple skins, and a caramel. Quite earthy and leafy in the mouth, with some herbal hop notes mixed with more apple and caramel. Quite dry and fairly bitter for a canned bitter. Average. johnh (1), Plymouth, England does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 5, 2007 Bottle from Asda. Sturdy, creamy head. Light golden in colour. Mainly citrusy hops with some floral. Moderate to low bittering. Enjoyable malt grain flavour that comes through later. Very refreshing served cool. Closer to an American pale ale than an IPA in my opinion. mike1977ok (646), Netherlands

Deep golden with a medium white head. Earthy malt aroma with some vague fruity notes, and herbal hops. Light in body, decent mouthfeel. Dry with moderate bitterness. A very mediocre brew, and why on earth do they label it an IPA? DerWeg (762), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 29, 2007 Appearance: Honey copper blonde. Good carbonation good thick white head.
Aroma: Light sweet and floral hops. Grainy, malty and biscuity.
Flavour: Clean and hoppy in flavour. Lots of floral hops. Medium bitterness with malty and biscuit notes. Toasted bread.
Mouthfeel: light bodied and creamy.
Overall: A good malty and hoppy beer. Not overly bitter. Orange peel, floral hops with biscuit and toasted notes. Light but complex, has lots of subtle aromas but I prefer my IPA’s to finish drier.

OStreetBrewery (100), Wellington, New Zealand
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 23, 2007 Pours a reasuring plae hue with a thick white head that climbs out of the glass. Aroma features heathery hops a touch of fresh red apple, and a touch of barley sugar. On the palate there is a dry barley sugar note, loads of heathery hop flavour and a chewy mouthfeel all leading to a smooth bitterness.
