Caledonian Forbidden Fruit

Cask (handpump) @ Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen, Denmark.
Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lancing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, fruity - passion fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (150608)

Cask in the Counting house. Aroma is pale biscuity malts, quite sweet with noteable passionfruit character. Taste is similar too sweet and unbalanced, but easily drinkable enough.

Cask. Very low and quickly disappearing white head. Clear cobber body. Mild and fruity aroma and flavor with a touch of caramel. Low carbonation but bitterness in the long aftertaste.

Cask at Charlies. Golden coloured. Big passionfruit aroma. Fruity flavour. Strongly pasionfruit. Decent.

Cask at aberdeen Beer festival ... Golden yellow ... lovely lively fruit nose ... Powerfull floral witha dry herbal linger.

Cask at Charlies. Cloudy golden - white head. Fruity, lots of fruits - passionfruit, light bitterness, sweetness, lots of sweetness, light maltyness, not that interesting.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of passion fruit on a lightly malty back ground - different, but OK for a summer drink. The aroma is sweet with quite strong notes of passion fruit, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish.

From cask at Charlies. Pours slight cloudy and golden orange with a lacing white head. Mild mouldy malt and fruit aroma. Flavour is holds mild passion fruit note with a light bitterness lurking through. Fruity finish with a growing bitterness coming through. Mild and fruity ale yet with a somewhat mouldy touch to it.
