Lys gylden øl, som er flad og let syrlig/matalisk. Ikke noget specielt - og minder en del om en HOF.

This is ok, but rather bland and unpleasantly sharp for me. It is hazy gold with a decent white head that dissipates fairly quickly. The aroma is yeasty dough & hints of nuts. The taste is a pleasant, but very mild grain taste, little sweetness, but it becomes bitter and oddly, unpleasantly sharp, like chewing on bitter green grass or leaves without a real grassy flavour, plus a bland apple cider taste and feel, plus a taste of chewing on lemon pulp. It is definitely better with food, which causes the bitterness and mute and blend with the flavours, but I don’t enjoy it.

Grainy taste. Malty and spicy. I really wanted to like it. Wouldn’t turn it down and glad I’ve tried it, but would not go out of way to buy.

Bottle. Pours a deep golden colour with a nice big good lasting beige head. Caramellic and malty aroma with some graininess. The flavour has a soft sweetness of caramel, toasty maltiness, grains and some bitterness. Caramel grainy finish.

Clear golden color, creamy off-white head, lace. Papery malty nose. Papery, grassy, a bit toffeish flavor. Cheap hops in the finish.

Bottled@SBWF2007. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, malts and quite much grass. Flavour is grass, some hay and very dry.

Pours lightly hazy gold with a faint white head. Grainy spicy nose. Earthy malt notes, bread and caramel. Hops are earthy and herbal, with a faint peppery quality to the aftertaste. I wasn’t that fond by the first few sips, as I dive in a bit more I warm up to it a bit.

Bottled in Glasgow. Strong malty smell, and the taste is malty sweet as well. Fruit, prunes and raisins. It grows a bit as you sip, with some hints of bitterness and sourness in the finish.
