Cask; Special - August 2008.
Lingering malt and hop flavour with a distinctly spicy fragrance from the Willamette hops. Beautiful glowing colour of polished brass.

Cask at the Roscoe Head, Liverpool. This golden beer has a somewhat sour aroma (I wondered whether it might be slightly off, a problem I encountered frequently in Liverpool recently). The flavours were sweet malt, caramel and butter with a lightly bitter finish.

Cask@GBBF2008. Deep golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood and caramel. Flavour is fruits, fudge, caramel and some mild grassyness. Aftertaste is wood and fudge.

Cask. High creamy good looking long lasting off-white head. Clear dark golden body. Sweet fruity apple pear aroma. Mild malty fruity creamy lovely flavor. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.
