Jan 19, 2009 Draft at the brewpub. Amber color with an off-white head. Aromas of spice and honey. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is something of a biere de miele. Finish drys out and ends with some decent bitter. No barnyard in this saison.

Jan 2, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. Easily my favorite beer there. The clear light copper amber colored body was topped with an off white head. The aroma was slightly malty with a slightly funky leather. Sweet caramel and gum. The taste was sweet gum with leather and a little bit of funk. Peach juice. This was interesting.

Dec 1, 2008 Draft. Rich amber beer with a nice off-white head. Yeasty, light malt, and spice aroma. Light malt, light spice flavor (not nearly enough). Medium bodiued, but tending to be a bit watery. Refreshing. Light malt and light spice lingers.
