Commercial Description:
This American-style wheat ale is craft-brewed with the finest wheat and barley malts to yield a beer that’s light in both body and color. A delicate blend of Chinook and Liberty hops is used to produce a distinctively clean and refreshing taste. Our specialty brewer’s yeast contributes to the fruitiness of this ale and its rich and frothy head.

Draft at the brewpub. Light amber gold color; served with a lemon slice (quickly removed to the water glass). Light grainy aroma. Rather thick bodied with creamy carbonation. Flavor is mostly grain with noble hop astringency/bitter. Plain but tasty finish. Bitter builds. Surprisingly good considering the style.

Tap at the brewpub. the body was hazy dark gold with a white colored head. The aroma was bananas and light clove. Notes of bread came through. The taste was banana peels with some hints of clove. An earthy, spicy finish.

Grain astringent and acidic nose. Thin and soft palate. Boring rather innocuous brew.

Slight sulfur in the nose, gold color, fizzy head. Fruity wheat body, dry spicy end. Thin and weak, with an off balance. Below average even for the style.

Hazy golden in color. Nothing notable about this one. Just your standard easy-drinking refreshing wheat beer.

Draft at the brewpub/Inn. Gorgeous biergarden, absoutely worth a small detour if you are in wine country. American style wheat - not my favorite, but still very drinkable.
