Commercial Description:
A wheat beer brewed with Bavarian yeast, this beer has the classic characteristics of a European Hefeweizen such as a clove and banana aroma. Served unfiltered this beer will quench your thirst on those hot summer days.

This one was actually surprisingly good. Color was hazy gold with a creamyish white head. Aroma was light, but wheat and banana. Flavor was good, with sweet wheat and banana. Tasty. A bit bready. Good.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a murky orange-yellow color with a thin white head that has decent retention. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of bananas and wheat. Light body with some carbonation, and flavors of wheat and some banana and citrus. The finish is clean and wheaty with a sweet fruit and spice aftertaste. Decent overall.
