An industry standard totally drinkable Red ale with a clear copper color, and a very slightly sweet finish. Our signature brew.

Pours brown-red in color with off-white head. Lacking in aroma, flavor, palate, pretty much everything. Not sure I would claim it as my signature brew.

Draft. Nothing too exciting. Slight aromas of malt, flavor was mostly watered down. Bottom of the list for this brewer so far.

On tap from the pub: Redish brown color with a medium yellowish head. Light malted milk shake to the nose. Flavor is sweet with a hint of nuttyness and just a touch of hop bite in the finish.

The beer is your standard red with a reddish-brown color and very slight aroma. Head is very small and taste is a bit sweet for a red for my liking. My brother's favorite Callahan's beer, but for me, I'll pass.

Toasted malts, on the sweeter side, not much bitterness. Light in flavor and aroma.

Cloudy red brown, no aroma. No head. Mild malt taste, very faint hops
