Jul 18, 2005 Pours brown-red in color with off-white head. Lacking in aroma, flavor, palate, pretty much everything. Not sure I would claim it as my signature brew.

just a touch of hop bite in the finish.

The beer is your standard red with a reddish-brown color and very slight aroma. Head is very small and taste is a bit sweet for a red for my liking. My brother's favorite Callahan's beer, but for me, I'll pass.
