(Sample Date: 6/6/2009 Source:Other) RB Richmond Gathering. Growler courtesy of Kinz. Grainy aroma with honey notes and earthy hops. Clear light golden. Lightly grainy flavor with some honey and light fruitiness. Spicy hops. Finish is dry with a fairly high residual bitterness. Solid Pils.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head but one that lasted. Minimal visible carbonation. Flavor was malt and honey with a surprisingly big bitterness. A decent hop profile. Quite crisp and effervescent. Nose was honey and malt.

Fresh growler from the brewery. Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is floral, citrus and grassy hop notes. Light honey and grain notes and faint nutty notes. Taste is bready honey-ish malts with huge grassy hops and some citrus and mint notes as well. Fairly strongly carbonated, medium bodied and slightly sticky. Maybe even a little bit too hoppy.

Growler from Rob via Kinz at the 8th Richmond Gathering. Clear gold. Fizzy white head. Nose is grass, biscuit, malt, lemon and light honey. Taste is grassy and hoppy with biscuit notes, malt, soft honey and light lemon. Some toasted malt as well. Body is crisp and dry with a medium overall feel. Bubbly carbonation. Ends with more biscuit notes, honey, lemon, grassy notes and Euro hops. Me likey!

Growler, courtesy of Rob, thanks dude! Very pale clear yellow, decent head. Aroma is grassy hay. Flavor matches, with a nice pils backbone. Very faint apple presence on the finish. Nice stuff.

Similar to their Czech Pils - aroma of apples and faint lemon. Appearance is clear and golden with a thin white head. Flavor is sweet and balanced with a very lovely spicy yeasty finish. Really lovely and well crafted.
