Hazy orange with almost a red rim, decent white head. Good citrus in the nose, a bit lacking in the body. Decent carbonation and noticeable hops but little bitterness make this a fairly quaffable pale ale. tronraner (1938), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 1, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. It pours cloudy rust orange with small but long lasting ivory head. The aroma is pleasant citrus hops, a little bit of muffin, and slight florality. The flavor is very predictable, but not bad. There is mild toasty malt, some citric hops (though not very assertive), and some piney bitterness in the finish. can8ianben (911), Pasadena, California, USA

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 7, 2005 Growler. Deep reddish amber color with off-white head. Focused aroma of grainy light malt with a nice subtle grapefruit hop wafting in and out. Flavor mimics this well-- overall graininess, like crystal malt (slight chalkiness, in a good way), with incredibly well-balanced hop bitterness and flavor. Medium body. Smooth and drawn-out finish, very balanced, with a bit of a vegetable quality in the aftertaste. Also a distinct and lingering grain malt aftertaste. Very fresh, very nice. Bravo!
