Commercial Description:
This medium bodied beer is amber to copper color. The taste is a sweet caramelly malt flavor, and is moderately hopped. Traditionally an Irish recipe, our amber beer uses 4 different barleys with an ample supply of caramel malt.

This beer pours a dark clear amber colour with a small, thin white head. Well carbonated, moderately malty aroma- not overly dry but somewhat acidic. Taste is very light, but pleasent.

Last one of the 11 brews tried at the brewpub in one afternoon. Pours an off-redish amber with a thin white head that reveals a good lacing patern inside the glass. Aroma is sweet caramel, walnuts, some citrus and flowery hops. Taste is smooth with a citrus and caramel after taste. Finish is very well balanced with some nut character to the palate. Quite nice.

Really enjoyed this. Similar to the fest, except this had some more sweetness. Great balance between malt/hops.

Nutty aroma. Caramel sweet flavor with nut and sharp stemmy hop accents. Oh no the character filter!!

Pours to a beautiful amber/garnet colored body with a thin white head that has nice lacing. Kind of has a marzen aroma. The flavor has a sweet nutty taste. Medium bodied and creamy.

Translucent orange with a copper glow. Very sweet aroma - caramel, cherry syrup and almond extract. Flavor lead to mixed nuts, all caramelized. Dry, bitter backing. Some Christmas tree sap, and hell, why not say "chestnuts roasting on an open fire" while we’re at it. Standard, solid rendition.

Dark scotch color. A little fruity hop taste, some caramel sweetness. Good flavor and decent balance.
