All malt. No apple to speak of in my growler pour. Light copper color. A drop of honey is in there. The it reminds me of their oktoberfest. Skyview (4034), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Pours a semi-clear golden amber brew with a creamy off-whitehead that slowly dissipates to a thin off-white head and some excellent lacing. Aroma of mostly caramel and dark wheat malt, a touch of sweet apples, apricots, a hint of cinnamon and allspice. Taste is smooth caramel malt with some nice apple sweet balance. Finish has a semi-dry texture as the balanced malt and apple aftertaste slowly disappears. The 2008 vintage is slightly darker than previous years. Overall a nicely balanced apple fruit and wheat malt beverage.
