| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | May 5, 2002 As close to Koln as any domestic I have tasted. Golden color with a a white head. Not as much lace as you would want from this style. Very clean. Noble hops and the slight corn flavor from being cold conditioned ale. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 5, 2002 A moderately good summer kolsch with a lot of crispness. However, it’s a bit watery. Visible flecks of yeast can be seen floating in the growler - interesting! Average in its class. TheDean (785), MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Bob, the bartender/brewmaster kicks serious ass. Finally they have freakin great beer. Gotta love it! argo0 (7035), Washington DC, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 2, 2003 Clear straw body with small off-white body. Aroma is mild sweet, hint of grass. Taste is mild sweet, with good grassy bitter from mid-body through to swallow. Nice aftertaste too. Crisp light body. JCapriotti (1378), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 22, 2005 Orange-yellow body, light head. Nice balanced seemingly Czech/German fresh and clean hop taste. Light fruit notes and slight grain. Moderate sweetness, but overally, very balanced. Kolschs always seem to be the ones I don’t like. But this was a great beer to start off with at Calumet. Skyview (4120), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 17, 2007 Fourth stop during Wisconsin Trip #2 and one of 11 brews offered at this small town brewpub at any time. Pours a pale golden orange/yellow, clear brew, with small white head foam visable quickly rising to the surface. The white head quickly fades to a small ring, but the ring lasts for a while. Aroma has sweet grain malt aroma with a hint of grassy hops. The taste is sweet, wheat malt with grassy hops and some yeast. Light bodied, clean cut and crisp with light carbonation.
