Deep cloudy orange color, fluffy head. Wheat nose and body, some banana and vanilla. Chewy body. All around a solid hefeweizen. I enjoyed this and it went well the schwäbisch food at the pub.

Hazy orange-yellow color, good cloudy head. Nose has bubblegum and cream candy. Light palate, light yeasty notes, toffee and banana, semi-sweet hefeweizen. Finish is more dry with some hoppy and candyish notes.

Jun 17, 2007 Quite cloudy orange, big slightly off-white head. Nose is banana, just a ihnt of clove, light yeast. Flavor is yeast, banana comes out after a minute. Bubblegum, lighter malt, wonderful wheat presence. Creamy wonderful body.

Jan 22, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy orange coloured. Sourish banana aroma. Sweet banana and vanilla flavour.

Oct 9, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Light golden unfiltered hefeweizen with a crisp white head. Sweet aroma, served too cold. The taste is sweet and perfumed to the point where it’s almost artificial. The aftertaste is better, but still somewhat dubious.
