The Cambridge Brewing Co. (CBC) is celebrating the Fourth of July, along with the fifth annual American Beer Month, with “red,” “white,” and “blue” beer. The “red” is American Red Ale, a hoppy, ruby-hued beer made entirely with U.S.-grown malt and hops.
