Tap at NOTF. Hazy golden in color with a nice white head. Bretty and very dry aroma. Peppery notes. Fruity tart spicy flavor. Pineapple and slight citrus notes. Thin bodied. Finish is sweet, Ok beer.

Tap at Night of the Funk. Cloudy gold pour, nice head. Celery and bretty aroma. Some pork. Very dry, cheesy, parmessean, salt and pepper. Eugh. Lots of brett, but bad brett, and bad everything else, too. Blech.

Tap from 08 Night of the Funk. Aroma wheaty, grainy, slight citrus. Flavor has hints of yogurt and pineapple funk, some tartness, but otherwise bland. Thin palate. Boring.

Tap sampled 09/26/08 at Night of the Funk. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma of sweet fruits and wheat. Flavor of mellow sweetness and mint julep. A decent beer but nothing to get excited over.

I did not love this beer. Very light flavor. Slightly tart. Has a rather lactic character to it.
