Dec 5, 2005 Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Hazy copper colour with thin beige head. Creamy caramel flavour. Soft in mouth. Faint hop tang on the end. Caramel on the nose. Very soft and easy drinking beer with not a tremendous amount of depth

Nov 21, 2005 Cask at The Falcon (JDW), High Wycombe, Bucks. Very dark for a bitter with a thin bright white head. Almost non-existent aroma of thin malt, a tiny bit of roastyness and some banana. To taste this is all over the place; thin with only a trace of malt, fruit (banana, pineapple and strawberry), a touch of meaty character and slight sourness leading to a lot of sourness leading to vinegar. A strange beast, strange and objectionable, stupid actually.
