Mar 23, 2008 From cask at Charlies. Pours, well ruby red and clear. Light tan head. Vague malty towards nutty aroma. Semi sweet malty flavour wit a light acidity and increasing bitterness towards the finish. Light fruity acidity and bitterness into the finish.

Oct 26, 2007 cask @ The Market Porter. Amber in colour with aromas of strong ripe fruit, caramel, and mild coffee. Sweet malts and caramel forward in the mouth, with apple and red berry notes on the finish. Medium bodied and a bit too light on the hops. Fairly average.
