Nice little bugger. Good flavour, I reckon that we will be partaking of this beverage again.. Now where the hell did we get it from...

Hazy pale gold coloured, with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus/apricot and some yeast. Taste is big hops upfront, then spices and citrus through to a dryish bitter finish. Medium bodied, quite highly carbonated. A pleasant beer.

Bottle from Tbone, probably 2,5 years old (best until 3/09). Golden color. Sherry aroma. Sherry flavor with the remains of malt and flowery hops. Surprsiingly well aged and enjoyable beer.

Appearance: hazy apricot color, underneath a short, slight, though terrifically bubbly white head. Aroma, musty, sour, citric, a slice of lemon, and a drizzle of orange zest, yeasty, with a brilliant hoppy twist, almost champagne-like in effervescence. Taste: a blast, right-off of hopp-tude, but theareafter, the flavor is mild, though that blast returns with every subsequent sip. Flavor continues to be spicy, citric, and kicky, though light in body with a medium, uneventful finish. Despite certain disappointments, the flavor never lacks a recurring spicy tinge.

Pretty good little beer, big fluffy head, and OK lace. i don’t know if its me lately but i keep smelling detergent in these lighter coloured belgian blondes and tripels, and this one was no different, theres also a starchy wheaty smell in there aswell and a bit of apple , pretty decent beer, a medium body with a nicely bitter finish, bit of apple fruit in there, and quite gassy.

Bottle, 33cl (bought @ De Hopduvel Gent) thx Ignace for the bottlewatch. Clear golden color, with a white creamy head. Aroma sweet, fruits, bit yeasty. Medium body. Taste sweet, fruits, some yeast and malts. Not bad.

A belga Huyghe sörfőzde 6,5% alkoholtartalmú, felsőerjesztésű pale ale típusú szűretlen „söre”. Búzasörökhöz hasonló opálos, világosabb borostyán szín, és citrusos ízek jellemzik. Először citromos, majd narancsos fíling jelentkezik egy visszafogott, decens keserűség felvezetésében. Telt, harapnivaló, ugyanakkor mégis könnyen iható belgaság, amelyet szinte észrevétlenül olajoz a viszonylag magas alkoholtartalom.

cloudy orange colour, little creamy firm head; aroma of pear and apple with strong spicy notes; overcarbonated, sweet with some tart acidity; long perfumy and fruity finish with lingering acidity notes - quite unusual and not bad at all
