ChainGangGuy (1536), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Nov 22, 2007 Appearance: Clear brown body with a small, fizzy khaki-colored head.
Smell: Aroma of buttered breadcrusts, sweet-smelling molasses, and a hint of chocolate.
Taste: Sweet maltiness with flavors of chocolate and molasses. Very little hopwise. Mild diacetyl character. Finishes with a light lingering sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Not bad, even with that pesky diacetyl in there.
