Pours a light yellow color with a white head. Aroma is light malt, pear, apple, and a little bit of earthy hops. Flavor is light malt, floral, green apple, and a light hoppy finish.

Jan 27, 2008 Atlanta Cask Ale tasting. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of light hops and spice. Taste is also lightly hopped and sweet from plenty of malts. Finish is also lightly bitter and smooth. Mouth is a little thin.
