On cask 1/26/08 at the Atlanta Cask Ale tasting: Pours a nearly still transparent golden with a thin ring of white bubbles. Aroma of candied maltose and caramel with some light fruity notes and mild piny hops. Starts semi-sweet and pale malty with some sugary notes and a mild grapefruity hoppy bitterness with a touch of soapy flavor toward a thinner finish. An interesting brew, but could use some tweaking.
