| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 4, 2007 Appearance: Clear, yellow body with a small, foamy, ivory-colored head.
Smell: Light cereal aroma with a bit of lemon and a hint of diacetyl.
Taste: Cereal flavor with a further pronounced citrus character and a light floral hoppiness and equally light bitterness. Again, there’s that diacetyl.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: All diacetyl aside, it’s still fine for a blonde ale. shrubber85 (3011), Wallhalben, Germany

Just a tad bit phenolic in the aroma. Light golden appearance, smooth mouthfeel. Decent blend of malt and hops. Nothing offending. MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA
