Aroma is strong malty caramel. There are also some light fruit punch hops at the back end of the aroma. Taste is a bit watered down caramel sweetness with some light bark. Aftertaste is light sweet hops. Sampler @ brewpub. shrubber85 (2934), Wallhalben, Germany

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 25, 2004 Odd little brew. It was a nice ruby with a big white head. The overall experience was kind of fruity, but aside from that the only thing I can say is that it was very watery, reminding me of a watered down beer. Good, but not great in any respect.
