Bit dank and earthy, but good gentle citrus and conifer notes. Little bit mealy and sweet in the finish, with vanilla and popcorn afters. Golden coloured hoppy with a little sweet honey flavour. Wheaty malt finish which is slightly dry. paleryder (5), England does not count Dec 27, 2005 Served on cask - Dragon Inn, Worcester. Noticeably pale yellow, session strength. No especial aroma, slightly citrussy flavour that was not overtly bitter. Acceptable session ale, pleasant enough for a pint or two.
