Old notes from 05 GCBC. Clear ruddy brown pour. Malty and slightly peary nose, and a light malty body. Hops were a bit subdued, and a small clean bitter bite to finish. Decent take on the California Common style.

2005 GCBC. Clear copper color with a beige head. Light hop aroma. Smells a little like skim milk. Light malt. Light finish with a touch of bitterness at the end. Flavor also had some pineapple fruitiness. Not the tart part but the sweet part of pineapple.

Clear reddish brown body. Mostly clean, malty aroma. There’s a bit of fruit, but not much. This is an easy drinker. Fuller bodied than the typical lager, but not very exciting either.
