Nov 17, 2006 (Draught) Nose is somewhat buttery with a backing of hops. Flavour is nicely hopped though hollow - much like the IPAs of Northern New York State, this beer is overly sweet and possibly using the wrong hop for this style. A honey-maple residue backed by a soapy glass. Flavour is intensely bitter and overly sweet.
