Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing and a thin white ring. Aroma of light caramel malt with citrus, a touch of sweet pear, and a little herbal scent. Taste is light bodied, light carbonation with flavors of white bread, a touch of yeast, some pear character and some citrus. Finish is semi-sweet with a short lived mild bitterness after the finish. jcwattsrugger (3807), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Oct 16, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and slightly hazy yellow color. Aroma is sweet medium malt. Taste is sweet medium malt, secondary grassy hops. Mild carbonation. Bradrcr (554), Renton, Washington, USA Sep 22, 2007 7/14/07 On draught at the brewery. Aroma is light graham cracker, bready, with low hop citrus. Appearance is light gold with a low retention white head. Flavor is light malt forward with low overall character and a faint noble hop flavor. Mouthfeel is medium/low bodied with medium carb feel and some creaminess. Overall, this is very easy drinking, and while not too exciting, I’m sure I could plow through a few of these.
