The aroma is of lemon and orange citrus, acidic, woody, some white grape skins, light spice. The flavour is lightly sour, lots of grapes, woody, some barnyard, acidic, lemon zest, vinous. Nice tart mouthfeel, medium body, with medium to light carbonation. Finishes dry, acidic, lingering. Amazing stuff, I’m a sucker for the Unblended Lambics. Cantilon seems to do no wrong.

Fairly bitter for a lambic, with lots of lemon, nice sour level, fairly acidic. Relatively tame for a Cantillon, but still with plenty of house character and not being quite so sour it allows the other elements for take over. Nice complexity. Excellent. | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 10, 2006 Bottle. 2004 vintage. Murky orange with a medium white creamy head. Great aroma - oranges, dust, biscuit bread, reminds me almost of the Chouffe Houblon with some tart lemony wood. Interesting flavour with significant bitterness along with bread wheatiness. Refreshing and sort of strikes me as a blending of lambic and saison.
Thanks for sharing yet another masterpiece, radiomgb. DrBeer (777), Danderyd Stockholm, Sweden

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Feb 26, 2006 Light fruity, classic lambic nose - hints of vinegar and pear. Gold-orange color, fizzy head. Light sweet apple-like malt body, drying tart end. Overall reserved sourness for this brewer, but it’s got a great balance. Thin, clean texture so it’s quick and refreshing. Just fantastic.
