(RBESG05, 750ml bottle) Cloudy apple juice body topped by a big white head. Aroma is light sweet, barnyard, yeasty, lemon. Taste is mild sweet, barnyard, lemon. Light body. Quite sour, but there is a genuine sweetness to offset it. Delicious!

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Acid barnyard aroma and a sour acid dry grape taste. Medium to full body and a very dry finish.

Bottle. Citrusy; lime, lemon and loads of acidity. Very lively on the palate and extremely complex. Citrus and tobacco flavours. Spectacular!

(Bottle 75 cl) Hazy golden, almost no head. Sourish nose. Typical sour Cantillon character, but even so it comes with a surprisingly softness. I cannot really detect the Bourgogne-notes. 120805 & 031205
