Bottle. Perhaps my favourite lambic. I love the way the gamey/woody/cherry/blood characters from the Bourgogne barrels, blend with the tart, very sour characters of Cantillons lambic. Juicy, and quite soft, so well balanced. My beer of the Euro summer gathering.

Bottled thanks to Hildigöltur. Thank you so so much. Wow... I’m lost for words. This is the most complex yet mot well balanced beer I have ever had. So round and... Yeah well... Just perfect.

Bottle shared by ygtbsm94. Thanks Brad. This is one incredible sour. Pours a murky rust color with little head. The aroma was tons of oak and white grapes. Light and pleasant aroma. The carbonation is lively, but not over the top. Great flavor. Really easy to drink for the style. Lots of white grape flavors, earthy yeast, vinegar and lemon zest. One of the most unforgettable beers I’ve ever had.

Hazy golden-orange in colour with a small, thin white coloured head leaving behind some spotty lacing. The aroma is of lemon and orange citrus, acidic, woody, some white grape skins, light spice. The flavour is lightly sour, lots of grapes, woody, some barnyard, acidic, lemon zest, vinous. Nice tart mouthfeel, medium body, with medium to light carbonation. Finishes dry, acidic, lingering. Amazing stuff, I’m a sucker for the Unblended Lambics. Cantilon seems to do no wrong.

Bottle thanks to Jacob, shared at west brewpub with rbesg07 crew. Aroma is cantillon junk complexity with something just this little twist of citrus mandirin, like my god its like yee haaa. Taste completly shocked me, soo drinkable soo complex, the sourness is very slightly held back but this malty citrusness, which seemsa to totally suit it, one of the best beers in the world by far.

Bottle very graciously shared by Brad!!! Pours slightly hazy copper color with a momentary off white head. Aroma is musty ,murky, oaky, vineous. Flavor is oak, vinegar, vineous, hay, white raisin. Body is medium to light, mild carbonation, finished ultra dry, and mind numbingly refreshing! Absolutly unbelievable!!

Deep headless hazy orange. Vinous and fruity (mainly citrus) aroma. Sweet/sour flavour with notes of pear. Very dry and acidic aftertaste. Definately more vinous than your regular unblended Cantillon lambic. Very tart and lovely. Another superb Cantillon.

Bottled. Cloudy golden. Tart, typical Cantillon style acidic aroma plus some woody notes. The vinous character is very subtle, and it’s light sweetness just rounds of the citric acid a little. Very elegant and complex. Just superb.
