2001 75 Cl bottle. Hazy golden with almost no head. Just a small white rim. Nice acidic sour aroma. Soft with low cabonation. Sour acidic taste with lasting sour dry aftertaste.

Bright orange color with no head. Sour funky aroma. Full body. Not flat like I expected. Complex. Quite enjoyable.

My first sample of the style...mild floral aroma, sour, twangy, zingy, zesty, thin body...enjoyed very much.

Aroma is the typical funky, barnyard, wet blanket. Mellow yellow, has a small custard head. Flavour is a distinct tart fruitness. Very dry, light bodied, in spite of the difficulty to swallow this tart, acidic concoction, leaves You begging for more! My first unblended lambic, Yumm!

Hazy gold w/ relatively low carbonation & small, frothy white foam. Tart, acidic barnyard aroma w/ sharp cheese & leather notes & a light oaken, vinous quality. Light-medium, acidic feel. Very dry, tart, leathery acidic flavour w/ barnyard notes, a light fruitiness, & an earthy woodiness.
