Bottle picked this up at Dranken Geers, Gent had 24-03-08 Poured as flat as a pancake, no fizz, sparkle no nothing. Nose is musty, oaky, and a bit farmyardy also very soft lemony. The taste is initially a real lemony bite but much softer around the edges than other Cantillon, nice looking orange amber colour with some haze. Quite tart and then finished with sour dryness, this has been a difficult one for me to rate as I was totally shocked by the non-carbonation but I got used to it after a while.

The bottle I got was totally flat. Still had a good arama and flavor, but I think it would have tasted better with a little carbonation. Not nearly as sour as I was expecting either.

Yellow color with no head at all. A decent lambic with a mild sour taste which is exactly what I was lookin for. Barnyard aromas all over this. Light carbonation makes this a great late night beer. Awesome.
