Tart, citric, fruity nose with grapefruit, stable and horse blanket. Tart, fruity taste with notes of green apples, grapefruit and unripe gooseberries. Lack of carbonation makes it rather flat, but smooth and easy to drink despite its tartness and dryness. Very nice beer. Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA

Nose is tart, with hints of sour apples, citrus like in its crispness; start is dry and sour with the top light. Finish continues the devastatingly tartness, dry as a bleached desert bone, and the aftertaste lingers long, a true lambic lover’s brew that you will love or hate, I love it, but beware its not meant for everyone even if you like most lambics. Hazy golden with no head. Distinctive lambic aroma, sour grapefruit and wood. Tart flavor of wood, grapefruit and nutmeg. Very dry. Thanks Jacob Lövenlund! puzzl (2632), New York, New York, USA

A generous BA person bought a bottle of this at a small "tasting" I was doing with EDA. Big funk, super cheesy and horsey brett aroma. Flavor is a bit thin, a bit of sour, with a carpet-y flavor. Very still, a little dull, but not bad at all. Unblended lambics aren’t really my thing, but they are always fun to try. maniac (2628), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Somewhat thin flavor but a nice sour flavor somewhat similar to lemonade without the sugar. tupalev (2617), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Shared with blankboy, GregClow and Hogtown Harry, courtesy of Harry. My first unblended Lambic I think. Dark yellow, with a bubbly little head - almost looks like it was poured from a cask. Intense sourness in aroma, with some burnt rubber thrown in (thanks Harry for articulating that). Nice sour taste - very citrus, even banana like. Not tartness, all citrus and very dry. Really nice to sip, but not overly complex. Thanks Harry, a real treat. PilsnerPeter (2617), Flushing, New York, USA

Overall citric acidity, with leather, soft grapefruit notes, musty damp basement. Not much carbontation, very slick. Flavor is less sour than expected. Tart lemon character with an overall citric acidity. Has some leather, dust, oak tannins and a clean acidic finish. Not the most complex Cantillon but nice. This is only my second unblended and I don’t think I enjoy them as much as blended Lambics. mabel (2612), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Weird burnt corn aroma, not in a good way. Hazy, orange brown body with very quick white bubbles. Hints of wood and sour citrus in the flavour. Medium body is a little sour. Interesting but doesn’t stand out.
