750 ml bottle. 2002 bottling. Unblended Lambic we meet at last. Still hazy golden colour. Heavy horseblanket, leather, hay, musky, dry, soft cheesy aroma. Sourness predominant in the flavour melded with dusty, yeasty, citrus, fruity, and more sour flavours. Light bodied and mouth puckering but absolute thirst quenching refreshment.

Golden coloured with a small head. A nice vintage geuzy aroma. Oily slightly burned taste. Very low carbonation. Sour, dry, bitter finish. I had expected more. Lovely aroma though.

No head. Very few (if any) bubbles. Body is golden (darkish) and a little bit cloudy (it was lying in my cellar but I just couldn't let it stand for long...). Mild aroma; a little sweet, tart, grape, lambrusco!?! Flat and gentle taste; tart, grape, apple juice?, oak. Complex and fascinating.

Bottled sample, 2001 vintage. Medium gold in colour with zero carbonation. Aromas of citrus infused funk, old wood, a bit of earth, and a hint of pale malt. More funky and dry than sour in the mouth, with increasing earth and somewhat cheese like flavors. Some citrus and wood remain. Enjoyable, but not my favorite Cantillon product.

From bottle pours a light orange/peach color. No real amount of head. Tart tangy flavor with a smooth finish.

Bottle. Murky golden colour with no head. Acetic aroma and flavor. Some bitterness. Not my kind of beer.

A apple aroma almost winelike. A medium golden color. No carbonation and a light apple flavor. A different kind of beer but enjoyable.

[bottle from beers of europe] Surprisingly delicate aroma or white grapes, lemon peel, apples, sweaty musk, acidity. smooth, drinkable body, tart finish.
