Pours almost still, blonde and very hazy. The aroma is dusty with lemons and a very vinous oaky aroma, very good. Flavor is lemon and some vinous characteristics. This is intensely sour and woody and has that sort of musty cob webby thing happening that I love so very much.

On tap at Max’s. The unltimate blonde. Great creaminess with a vanilla accent. Very light carbonation. Sourness is wonderful with a glimpse of apricots. All of this wrapped up in a slightly woody package. Grerat beer!

Bottle pours still gold color with no head, but a lace ring that rides the surface and suspended particles. The aroma is acidic and perhaps some funk. The flavor is at first almost like thin malt, but then the sour hits the back and sides of the toungue. In addition, you can taste the hops along with the sour in the finish that produces an acidic sensation. The palate is still and almost wine like. Overall, not bad.

Heavy yeasty aroma. Small head. Vertally none lacing. Clear, yellow body. Heavy bitter initial flavor. Watery texture.

Pours a murky orange with no head. Aroma is tart funky barn and cheese. No real fruit taste at all. Watery mouth feel. Funky yeast and barn/hay make up the flavor. The lack of fruit really detracts from the flavor to me. A slight sour/tart, but nothing compared to the brutal aromas and flavors of fruit lambics.

Rustic dry and acidic as all hell. The palate is light and refrshing with an iron like flavor that is nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a minimal tan colored head. Aroma is vinegar, oak, sour apple. Flavor is oak, sour apple, vinegar, earth. Palate is medium bodied, low carbonation, finished the typical biting sourness and acidic tartness. Found this to be very watery and not as enjoyable as the other Cantillons.
