750 ml at the brewery. Sorry, the museum. You need to like lambics to like this one. Head was limited to 3 bubbles. Musty nose with citrus. Medium body, acidic and sour. Grows on you. And maybe in you.

2003 bottle, cloudy orange with almost no head. Aroma is very acidic, wet hessian, and mild raw apple... there are also some woody earthy notes playing in the background. The mouthful was ferociously sour, felt on the back of my nostrils, more raw wood and fruit in there too. The finish is acidic and outrageously dry. Very enjoyable.

Pours a hazy dark golden orange color with golden yellow hues when held to a light source and an almost non existent thin bubbly head that dissapears immediately. Vinegary earthy oak aroma with lots of lactic horse blanket funk. Subtle light fruit notes compliment the strong earthy oak notes. Medium slightly puckering body that isn’t too acidic. Nice tart lactic barnyard horseblanket funk. Light and fairly easy drinking with not as much of a puckering tart mouthfell than I expected or wanted. Dry finish. Light crisp fruit notes. Cherry, grape, apple pear, etc. Sour lactic funky. Not nearly tart enough but still puckering without being very acidic. More vinegary than anything else with a lot of oak/vanilla.

A Clear golden with a tint of orange.Nose is hard to describe, sour, slightly cheesy, grassy, very tantalizing. Thin head and lace. Medium body with just mind boggling tastes. Its just hard for me to describe. Its tart like a grapefruit, medium bodied, very complex...things going on in here i have never tasted, maybe thats why im having trouble putting it into words along with the fact i have only tried this style twice now. Slightly metallic finish. God, this rating sucks, will need to try again.

I'm really not a big fan of Lambics. This one isn't too bad. Oak, sour, and tart flavors. Finishes dry , tart, and acidic.

Thanks to the Dewbrewers for sharing this beer. 750 ml. Bottle. Pours clear pale orange with a thin head and weepy lacing even though there was no sign of carbonation when the cork came out! Aroma of vinegar, wood, and malt. The taste is almost the same but with a very dry wood finish. Great beer!

Cask @ Spuyten Duyvil. Pours a hazy golden-orange color with a medium-sized white head. The nose is that Cantillon funk combined with some earthy and grassy notes as well. Taste is the same, with a wonderful brett/funk finish that completes the whole experience. Well done, again, Cantillon.

On Tap at Max’s Belgian Festival in Baltimore. What a great lambic. Pours a muddy yellow color with almost no head. Aroma is that perfect sour beer stank with some hosre blanket action going on. Flavor is a wonderful mouth puckering sour citrus fruit tart hot mess. . . but in a very good way. Some good oak tannin flavor hiding in the background too. This was a nice beer.
