Bottled 09/05/2007. No head, and almost no bubbles. Still, orange, smells musty yet juicy. It tastes like so many different things, juice, apples, sour, must, basement, no wonder gueuze is so good. This lambic did not disappoint.

Golden yellow color, pretty hazy, with a small white head. Aroma is sour, floral, with apricot notes. Flavor is pretty sour throughout, bitter and very dry finish. Very interesting, I know it's probably pretty good, but I'm not quite ready for it. demitriustown (700), Shelby Township, Michigan, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 15, 2007 750 ml Bottle via trade with WeeHeavySD (Thanks!). Pours a cloudy orange/amber color with no head whatsoever. A very fruity aroma, lemon, grapefruit, apples, and a sharp acidic twist. Flavor is wonderful. First, the brew comes off with a sharp acidic flavor then softly mellows to an oak note that is quite appealing. The citrus and acidity linger throughout but are not overpowering at all. Palate is nice and dry but surprisingly refreshing. Overall, This might be my favorite Lambic yet this is definitely a winner in my book. Cheers!!! vwsteggie (684), Paxton, Massachusetts, USA

Pours hazy orange with no carbonation whatsoever. Nose is sour and funky Brett, sour apple and sweet green grape. It’s pungent, stings the nostrils. Taste is sour and citric acid, lemon, orange, touch of apple. some sourdough bread-type-thing. So complex, I’m not sure if I’m ready for this. Just good stuff in small doses. Dry finish, champagne-esque. Good. thomat (666), Göteborg, Sweden
