Shared with SuIIy, pours out beautifully. Appearance is of a poured mango, very beautiful. Taste is delicous, very sour and delicous. My first unblended lambic, and I am a big fan. Thankyou my bestfriend SuIIy, much love.

750ml bottle, thanls to RagallachMC!! cloud orange, no head to speak of. Aroma is a great lambic sour funk, with some sour citrus, and wet hay. Flavour is right off the bat not as sour as i’ve had in the past, and is quite mellow. The sourness intensifies in the finish, and really stick to the back of your throat. WOw, this is a great lambic, wish i had more!

Bottle from Mystery Swap 3.0. Pours a hazy golden color with no head at all. Aroma of grapefruit, lemons, green apples. Has an earthy ,sour smell to it. Taste is sour, earthy and semi tart. A very nice, different, complex brew!

Bottle - cork says 2005. First glass pours clear amber with exactly no head and next to no carbonation. Looks like light apple juice. Subsequent pours are less clear due to yeast. There’s a big aroma of funky yeasty barnyardiness from over a foot away - exhilirating. There’s also a fragrant perfume and a bit of wheaty zest in the nose. The body is very round and wet. Not sweet at all. Quite tart, musty, elegant, bright. These characteristics hold steady through a long finish that picks up a bit of oak. Unsurprisingly, the sourness intensifies throughout the bottle. The taste echoes about the mouth and throat. The beer is medium-to-light bodied and mellow with mineral traces and a drying finish. Would be wonderful with seafood or breakfast if it weren’t so good by itself.

Sampled at the RBSG 07 Grand Tasting. Excellent sour nose on this beer. with a wild field character. Very sour body with an earthy tinge.

On Tap at Max’s Belgian Festival in Baltimore. What a great lambic. Pours a muddy yellow color with almost no head. Aroma is that perfect sour beer stank with some hosre blanket action going on. Flavor is a wonderful mouth puckering sour citrus fruit tart hot mess. . . but in a very good way. Some good oak tannin flavor hiding in the background too. This was a nice beer.

Thanks to Cmillward for the taste! Pours a cloudy golden color. Aroma is strong funk with apples, pears and lemon rind. Flavors are more funk and sour fruits with some vanilla and honey. Very good.

Golden orange colour, no head. Acidic aroma. Extremely sour taste: you can almost feel your teeth dissolving away. On the more delightful side of the lambics.
