The aroma was nice, with a lot of tart fruit, including white grapes, apple, and pear, plus earthy yeasty musty basement hints. The taste had almost no carbonation, showing a cidery mouthfeel, albeit much tarter and more complex, with chardonnay, pear, apple, and earthy flavor hints. beerbuzzmontreal (2916), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Sadly the flavor is not as amazing as the aroma, there is tartness, mild cheese and barnyard, the finish is sweet and tart. The body is light with a liquorous texture and very low carbonation. One of the mellower Cantillon products, damn. MIBRomeo (1965), Wisconsin, USA
