May 16, 2004 Good bubbling golden colorm with a decent head on top. The aroma is a rather grassy one from a distance, but upon serious inspection, its a saltish yeast. Flavor is a bitter sweet, as expected, but has a fine distinction to it.

Dec 11, 2005 2002 Bottle. Golden lambic with no head. Nice sour aroma with notes of honey. Restrained sourness in mouth, with light horseblanket notes. Light bodied. Nice puckering effect. Sampled at Quintessence Cantillon 2005.

Sep 12, 2007 Sampled at RBSG. Not as sour as anticipated, but a nice tart bite with a ripe fruit character. Very light spiciness.

Mar 5, 2008 Golden-orange, apricot color with virtually no head or apparent carbonation.
Sour barnyard smell with sweet fruity tartness.
Tart, musty barnyard with sour lactic acid impression, not much fruit.
Non-carbonation works surprisingly well for this sour, interesting change from the aggressive foaming of say, a geuze with similar flavors.

Dec 17, 2007 bottle. pours a mostly clear pale gold straw color with pretty much no head. sharp citrus smell with lemon and grapefruit dominating, a bit of wood and a slight funky note. more of that sharp citrus in the taste, with again more lemon and grapefruit, and with some grass or straw, but also melded with a bit of honey and maybe a nutty malt note. good puckering tart finish, very dry and a bunch of sour. pretty much no carbonation, and a medium body, for a quenching feel in which bubbles play no part. i really dug the beer but for the absolute lack of carbonation. i really felt like a good bubbliness would’ve helped the beer in the finish and overall. otherwise, quite a tasty beverage.

Sep 16, 2009 Bottle from Dranken Geers. Hazy orange amber with no head. Can taste the cask aging, spice, fruits. Has a wine like sourness. And smells of minge. Finish is a little bitter with a hint of wood and smoke.

Jun 7, 2008 interesting, cask. a nice study in simplicity. slightly below average, shows us that lambic does take a fair amount of finesse. no so sour not much doing simple cirtus and mild in terms of the sour.
