Bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a medium sized tight white head. Aroma is lemon zest , floral, grapefruit, grass. Flavor is lemon zest, sour apple, grassy, floral. Palate is medium to light, medium carbonation, finished super tart and way too refreshing. This was amazing to say the least!

Aug 16, 2008 bottle thanks to bhops. beautiful deep gold color with a 2 finger white head. great tart/funkness smell with quit a large sourness to boot on the nose. very smooth on the palate with a great sweet/tart flavor.

Jul 26, 2008 Bottle. Pale amber beer with a whitish head. Acetic, vinegry aroma with oak and a bit of grass. Tart, acetic, lemony flavor with wood and grassy hops. Medium bodied. Lingering tart, acetic, lemon with light orange, grass, and wood. Hops definitely there. Cork on bottle burst in half when opened.
