skoisirius (474), Seattle, Washington, USA May 21, 2008 On tap @ Brouwer’s. What is incredible about this gueze is it’s light and airy champagne feel. The flavor is all there, with less acid intake! Highly enjoyable experience, would love to taste what happens with some age in a bottle.

golden yellow fizzy pleasant easy sourness , fruity, gentle hops. Some day I am looking more astringent Cantillon but maybe this bottle was matured for a while. Refreshing hot summer day. Bhops (195), Dallas, Texas, USA Aug 21, 2008 Pours light golden color with smallish carbonated head. Aroma of sour goodness with some funk/cellar notes. Flavor is nice and dry, tart almost metallic. Good offering from cantillon but not my favorite of theirs. Could use a little more age perhaps to round out the flavors. mar (568), Dallas, Texas, USA Aug 16, 2008 bottle thanks to bhops. beautiful deep gold color with a 2 finger white head. great tart/funkness smell with quit a large sourness to boot on the nose. very smooth on the palate with a great sweet/tart flavor. ucusty (1016), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Aug 8, 2008 Hazy orange pour.
