Aroma of lemon, fruit, grass. Light body and moderate carbonation. Lemony taste of orange rinds, cork, barnyard, oak. Sour dry finish. Fresh citrus-fruity nose with a slight sourness. Notes of cellar, hay and wood. Flavor is acidulous oranges, fairly tart with more bittering hops than expected for the style. Some mineralic notes.
