Jul 10, 2008 Poured a golden color with a nice white lacing.The funk on the nose was sweet.This had some funk to it with a grapefruit bite.This finished with a small funk bite to it.This was one the more enjoyable gueuzes I have had.

Jul 3, 2008 75 cL bottle, brewed in 2005. Pours hazy orange and with a white, semi-lasting - slowly diminishing with a nice lacework left. Aroma is mild orange fruit and nicely blended with a dry wood and brett-citric aroma, dry horseblanket too. Dry wooden initial flavour. Hops seem to completely gone. Shows a nice citric flavour following this. Mild sulphorish note before the finish. Smooth and balanced wood and delicate fruit flavour into the finish. Seems to have a bit of bitterness into the far finish.

Jun 28, 2008 750 bottle from sloth, thanks man. Pours clear orangey amber, with a small whitish head. Woody, dry, toasty, earthy aroma, really interesting smells. Tart, dry, vinuous, barnyard and cranberry. medium body and gentle carbonation.

Jun 26, 2008 2008 Vintage according to the cork. Almost champagne like effervescence. Excellent lemony aroma with light spices; clove and mace. Flavor is true to the aroma. Very tasty.

Jun 26, 2008 Thanks to BDR. Orange pour with a bubbly white head. Light fruits and funk on the nose. The aroma is wonderful. Sour deliciousness. Carbonation in the body. The funkiness and light fruit are there in the taste as well.

Jun 21, 2008 2005 Vintaged cork, bottled in 2005, so brewed in 2002. Got this a long while back in a trade and have been saving it to drink with my brother. Shared with him and my girlfriend Cyn. Pours golden orange with a bright white ring. Nose is very funky, and very very good and supremely appealing. Taste is very tart very funky with lots of fruit and some light hop bitterness that could remain. This tastes amazing.

Jun 20, 2008 Bottled in 2008, brewed in 2005: Pours a slightly hazy straw with 1 finger of head that dissipates rather qucikly but lingers on the sides of the glass. Aroma is wonderfully complex apple cider vinager, tropical fruit, cellar character, and Cantillon funk, (once you’ve walked in the brewery its unforgetable). As you get to the middle of the glass the aroma because more and intensly gueuze, lots of leather and cellar character. flavor is just as complex, apples, citrus and specifically lemon. leather as you draw to the finish as well as mustiness with some funk and horst blanket. Nice presense of dryhopping as well. the floral spiciness of styrians fits in well with the sour flavor on the back of the tongue. lean bodied with excellent cabonation. I love this beer, one of the best I’ve ever had.

Jun 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a medium sized tight white head. Aroma is lemon zest , floral, grapefruit, grass. Flavor is lemon zest, sour apple, grassy, floral. Palate is medium to light, medium carbonation, finished super tart and way too refreshing. This was amazing to say the least!
