Deeply funked sour apricot and cheese aromas rest on soft undertones of old wood. Sour tangy apricot lemon flavors balance very well on the oak and funk notes. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, sour finish. Cantillon does no wrong in my book. Would be great on a hot summer day picnic...

Not terribly sure what apricot is supposed to smell like, but I liked the way this smells. ucusty (1900), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 3, 2009 Beautiful very hazy appearance. Stinks of apricots left out in a puddle. The label is for sure my favourite label ever - a moonscape with an apricot planet rise! Very similar to their Geuze to taste but with some very obvious apricot. Another fantastic intervention from the masters. Oh - this stuff is available at Plonk in Canberra - too great! Thanks guys. arrogantb (707), Denver, Colorado, USA

It smells like apricot or peach pits, slight bit of hay, really excellent aroma. Taste is sour apricots, peaches, lemon. Very sour but it doesn’t get in the way at all, delicious flavor. The apricot aroma is really my favorite part about this beer but overall this is probably the best Cantillon I have had thus far.
