Draft @ redlight redlight. Pours a headless blonde. Aroma is much like Cantillon’s gueuze, funky, tart, didn’t pick up much hint of the apricots. In flavor, tart, sour, apricot comes through towards the end of the palate, some hints of fruit pits. Dry and puckering. Not as much depth as the gueuze, but excellent.

Draft at Redlight Redlight. HUGE thanks to Brent for getting this what I am guessing was pretty expensive keg. Pours a cloudy orange with no head. Nose is sour apples, mangos, peaches and apricots. The flavor profile is very complex. Tart up front with some hay, funk, lemon juice and mouth puckering sour finish with the apricot coming through at the very end. Expertly crafted. This is the most sour Cantillion I’ve had.

Draft at Redlight REdlight. I truly did NOT want to try this as I am NOT a fan of sours. THe pour on this was very nice. Murky peach pink color. The aroma was actually very nice, kind of like sour apples and sweet tarts. The flavor was very tart and tangy. Almost reminded me of fruit spoiling. I am still not a fan, however, this one, if tried regularly, could have probably converted me.

Bottle with da boys. Pours a hazy yellow. Sour and fruity. Hints of vinegar. Berries. Some red currants aromas. Medium body. Hints of black pepper. Dry mellow sour finish.

Bottle seem to be leaking a bit when uncapped. The pour is deep day-old moisty piss yellow with a white bright head. The apricots stands clearly in the nose together with wet straws and something like apple-vinegar. The taste is round and mild combined with some ass kicking sourness if it makes sense. The fruityness is perfectly combined with the sourness. The palate is nice and fizzy with a finish that are very well balanced with a not too sourness together with a buttery sweetness. One of the best cantillons Ive had balanced-wise

Funky sour dried apricot aroma. Flavor has a superb balance between the fruit and acidity. This is quite tart, however, and delicious. Distinct peach skin notes on the finish.

Botella. Huge thanks Warren for sharing. Pours a hazy golden peachy colour. Lovely tart fruity apricot aroma. great filling mouthfeel. The flavour is really so pleasantly sour with abricots and stable. Great fruit lambic indeed.
