Golden color with a clean white head. Aroma is a bit sour and funky with apricots, fresh orange, and light sugar. Flavor of candied apricots and tart, citrusy lambic with a nice bit of acidity. Solid feel with a medium pucker factor. Very good and different enough to distinguish itself. Another fine Cantillon!

Tap at Spuyten Duyvil. Lightly vegetal, apricot aroma. Flavor was slick, powerful sourness, with only light fruit. Sharply acidic, almost piercing. I poured my wine glass pour into a traditional Cantillon tumbler and it became a much different beer. Though it was just as bracing, the intensity of the aroma and sourness died down, at least a bit. Still, it was a tough beer to put down. Reaffirmed my belief though that all but the smallest samples of lambic should be drank from the traditional tumblers.

Vintage bottled stored by me for 4 years. Hazy orange colour with yeast strands. Malty aroma with notes of nuts, acid and fruit. Acidic flavour with notes of citrus, some malt and sweet fruit. Didn´t age as well as you could imagine.

On tap at Spuyten Duyvil Brett Fest. Pours a light orange with a small white head. Aroma of sour apricot. Flavor is of sweet apricot, maybe some cream cheese (?). Light, hardly sour, very fruity, and quite excellent. I had this in bottle awhile ago and was unimpressed, but this draught version really wowwed me. Awesome and refreshing.

pours hazy gray head, just around the ede. tastes lemon rind, grapefruit rind. really dry and sour mouth drying like a wine with far to much tough tannin. a bit over the top for me.

did not get a chance to get it at the brewery so i was happy to see it on tap at the brett fest. nice stone fruit and funk aroma. not as dirty or rough as expected but that is not to say it is fruity.
