Jan 16, 2008 Bottle. Poured hazy yellow in color with a thin white head. Oh so wonderful aroma of Cantillon yeast and funk with a touch of sweet from the fruit. Taste is jaw puckering excellence. Flavors of barnyard, funk, slight apricot, but overall just a ton of sour and tart. I found this one more acidic then most other
Cantillons, but it wasn’t horrible. Of all the Cantillons I have had this one tops the charts in tartness and I love it. I want more.

Jan 6, 2008 Cloudy yellow colour with small white head. Strong sour aroma with a hint of sweet abricot. Full sour diminishing palate finishing off strong bitter and fruity. It’s not the beer to drink all night long but just one is heavenly.

Jan 6, 2008 Hazy yellow coloured beer with a small white head. Very fruity sweet-sour aroma. Full sour palate. FInish is sour fruity with a dry tart finish. Very enjoyable lambic.

Dec 26, 2007 11/7/07 From the bottle. Aroma is very sulfuric, sweet/sour with lots of fruit, mainly apricot, and earthy tones. Appearance is hazy light yellow with a low white head. Flavor is earthy forward, with very tart fruit, low fruity sweetness, complex and clashing. Mouthfeel is spritzy, medium bodied, and resiny in the finish. Overall, this isn’t terrible, but definitely lacks the smoothness or balance such a well reviewed beer should have.

Dec 16, 2007 Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a hazy pale yellow without any head. Looks a bit like apple juice. Aroma is musky, apricot, barnyard and a slight fruity tartness. Low carbonation, giving the beer a slight oily feel. Flavour is powerfully tart at first, slight oakiness mixing well. Very dry mouthfeel, but it is stunningly well-crafted the way the fruity apricot flavours abound after the tartness has subdued. Very nice. (and stunning for a hot Chili Con Carne)

Dec 3, 2007 Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white sparkling head. Aroma is concentrated sourness along with wood and fruits. Flavour is very much the same with some slight fruity notes lurking behind the sourness. Dry to the extreme.
