Aug 25, 2007 bottle, bottled in 2001. Cloudy orange colour, tiny head. Very sour indeed, which comes as now surprise however, flavours of apricot, slightly hoppy.

Aug 18, 2007 Updated: Feb 27, 2008First tried at the Seattle International Beer Festival and then at the brewery in 2004. Hyper-tart apricot sour with considerable depth and complexity, good carbo level, and some pit bitters too. Beautiful beer.

Aug 8, 2007 750 ml bottle. Pale, hazy orange body with a small white head. Aroma is really strange, sourness with a hint of mild vomit! Flavor is sour with sweet peaches. Not really balanced in my opinion.

Aug 6, 2007 Bottle @ Ølbaren. [Huge thanks to Sk8viking for sharing this one] Small fizzy head that was quickly goon. Clear flat body with a golden color. Aroma was the classic Cantillon famous aroma. Other notes of vinegar, dust, soap like, fresh apple, raw fruit like feel. Hint of raw rubber and light barnyard. Medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sour flavor with light fruity sweet notes. Sour and lingering finish. Very nice.

Jul 22, 2007 Draft at Belmont Station: Pours golden with barely a head with white bubbles. Very sour aroma. Flavor is slightly sweet and very very sour, i can just barely get some of the apricot in there but its so sour that takes over. Some musty yeastiness. Dry finish. If you like sour you will love this. Not balanced at all.

Jul 19, 2007 On tap! at the Belmont Station Puckerfest 2007. Beautiful beer, sour and acidic as all cantillon beer, dry and earthy/dusty flavors with a lingering dry apricot finish. Pours cloudy orange with a soft white head that falls quickly. The apricot in this beer gave the impression of sweetness even though the beer is still very dry.

Jul 13, 2007 Bottle. Amber color with no head. You get more out of the apricots in the aroma than in the flavor, which was a small disappointment to me. But nevertheless it’s quite close to a gueuze with a hint of apricots. A bit special in the palate because of the very dry and at the same time sticky feeling you get in your mouth.
